Refund policy

OUR 30-DAY, MONEY-BACK GUARANTEE
If you are unhappy with any physical or digital training product purchased directly from the TourTempo.com website, you may return it within 30 days of purchase for a refund.

For physical products, the item must be returned in "like new" condition — free of any physical or cosmetic damage — and you are responsible for return shipping costs.

OUR 90-DAY WARRANTY
Tour Tempo warrants its physical training products to be free from material and/or workmanship defects for 90 days from the date of purchase and will repair or replace any product or component that is or becomes defective under normal and customary use by the original purchaser during this time period. 

Tour Tempo does NOT warrant its products against normal wear and tear (which can include cosmetic imperfections such as blemishes, chips, scratches, rust) or any modifications, repairs, or damage caused by third parties or by abnormal use, misuse, abuse, neglect, or accident. 

At its option, Tour Tempo may replace the product with a new, refurbished or comparable product if the original product is no longer available.

RETURNS PROCEDURE FOR REFUNDS AND WARRANTY CLAIMS: 
1. Contact us at support@tourtempo.com to request a refund or warranty-related return/exchange. Do not skip this step and do not ship anything back to us before contacting us as outlined above as it may invalidate your request.

2. For physical products, carefully pack and ship the item back to us at the address we will provide. You are responsible for return shipping costs. IMPORTANT: Inside the box, include your full name, email address, and order number on paper (print your original order confirmation if easier).  

3. For physical products, keep your tracking number as proof/confirmation of your return. Tour Tempo is not responsible for, and will not issue refunds for lost or undelivered packages.

4. For valid refund requests, expect your refund in the same form of payment as originally used for purchase within 7-15 days of Tour Tempo receiving your refund request and/or returned product. For valid warranty claims, expect your repaired or replaced item to arrive within 7-15 days of Tour Tempo receiving your returned product.
