The Yale Tempo Study Every Golfer Is Talking About

Back in 2004, my dad wrote Tour Tempo and showed that the best golfers in the world all swing at the same tempo. A 3 to 1 ratio, every single time.

A few years later, a Yale physics professor named Dr. Robert Grober put sensors inside golf clubs, studied hundreds of swings, and measured the exact same thing. He even references the Tour Tempo book in his lecture.

His talk is years old, but golfers and coaches are rediscovering it right now and passing it around everywhere. It's full of information that can genuinely help your game, so I wanted to point you to the best sources on it.
