My "Go-To" Warmup for the Range or a Round

A lot of people ask how I warm up before a range session or a round of golf.

More times than not, I work through the 15-20 shot progression you'll see in the video above...

And I can highly recommend it for you, too, because:

  1. It opens up your hips
  2. Helps you feel a connected turn
  3. Establishes your rhythm and tempo
