In my last post, I mentioned how the Tour Tempo app now comes with the Frame Counter.
The Frame Counter is the tool you can use to instantly find out your swing tempo.
And today, I'm going to show you exactly how to use it.
As you'll see in the video above, you simply record your swing...
Then mark the START of your backswing...
The TOP of your backswing...
Then when you make IMPACT.
It's easier if I show you, so check out the above video.
Then, open the Tour Tempo app and tap "Analysis" to access the Frame Counter.
In a few minutes, you'll see your exact tempo and if you need to adjust it to achieve the golden 3:1 backswing-to-downswing ratio.
