Take a second to picture your golf swing.
When you "shift your weight" or "pressure into the ground" during the transition from backswing to downswing...
Do you shift AND swing (this is the 💀 downswing death move)...
Or do you shift THEN swing?
I hope it's the latter, because that's how you maximize your speed, power and distance.
To be sure, the delay is small and everything is happening really fast, so it helps to know what the right sequence FEELS like.
